On July 25, Qin Lei, President of Kaifeng Central Hospital, successfully implanted a xinsorb bioabsorbable stent for a patient with coronary heart disease, which was the first case of xinsorb bioabsorbable stent implantation in Henan Province.
Medical history summary
The patient was a 44 year old male with acute myocardial infarction
Preoperative angiography showed segmental stenosis in the middle segment of LAD
Use balloon to pre expand the lesion location
Residual stenosis was less than 40% after pre expansion
Stent implantation (slowly pressurize after contacting blood for 90 seconds, and maintain pressure for 30 seconds after stent deployment)
After sticking to the wall, the bracket is fully guaranteed
Postoperative angiography results: the stenosis was perfectly supported and the blood supply was sufficient
Conclusion: the patient is young, the length of the lesion is short and straight, so it is very suitable to choose BRS (bioabsorbable stent); the operator strictly abides by the PSP operation principle during the implantation process, which ensures the long-term prognosis of brs.
